PARENTS’ RIGHTS IN EDUCATION
We represent millions of voices standing up for families, united for natural parents’ rights in the K-12 education system.
Local control, where school boards set policies honoring all students, and families must be restored.
We reject any indoctrination of school children with extreme pedagogy.
We support the proper role of K-12 academic education, focused on core skills, and preparing students for success. We reject controversial sexualization and racist doctrine.
We reject current practice by public school staff facilitating mental health counseling, medical treatment and procedures without parent knowledge, circumventing the relationship between parents and children.
We are here to provide parents tools, so they can stand against those stealing their rights. Stand with us!

"Parents’ do have rights! They have natural rights and Constitutional rights. When your baby is born everything changes, doesn’t it? Suddenly, the world gets serious, We start paying attention to what’s important, and how our children will be impacted by what they are taught. The heart of a school is the curriculum!
Many activists are submitting Parents’ Bills of Rights to their legislatures. In most cases, these are redundant and the politicians are doing it for publicity.
We don’t need to pass a Parents’ Bill of Rights! The internet is full of US, state, and local statutes supporting your parental rights.
Our US constitution already covers it. And if you check into your state law, you will find multiple statutes allowing for parents to access curriculums and weigh in on policy decisions at the school board level.
The US Supreme Court ruled five times in favor of parental rights, overturning state control of children.
“The child is not the mere creature of the state... the state of Oregon, by forcing parents to place their children in public school] unreasonably interfere[d] with the liberty of parents and guardians to direct the upbringing of their children under their control.” -Pierce v. Society of Sisters
According to the ACLU, all kids living in the United States have the right to a free public education. And the Constitution requires that all kids be given equal educational opportunity no matter what their race, ethnic background, religion, or sex, …
What we are seeing today is blatant verbal and discriminatory attacks on certain people groups based on sex (gender, sexual orientation- Heterosexuals), race (skin color, white is a color), religion (Christian, Muslim, Jewish).
These are the very issues Progressives are claiming they support, however they are practicing discrimination themselves!"
