Parents’ Rights In Education is definitely not in favor of teaching anti-American political theory to our students. The public school system is funded with local, state, and federal taxpayer money. The practice of teaching US students the US Constitution should be abolished, replaced with Marxism, is against our government and everything we have fought for over the last 250 years! Not only is it wrong, it is treasonous.
Ever since the reaction to George Floyds’ death we have received reports of local student demonstrations, and announcements of new anti-racism curriculums, all inspired by Black Lives Matter. Parents and Teachers are serious about their opposition to this. parents are pulling their children out of fall public school programs, and teachers are refusing to attend Anti-Racism Trainings or teach it to their students. We are making ready to acquire legal defense for any teacher challenged by their district. Are you in agreement?
